About the Founder

Tanish Shenoy, the founder of MorGyft came up with this idea during the pandemic.

Currently attending high school, he aspires to become a successful Entrepreneur who makes a difference in the world by making things better than others and more accessible. He has won numerous awards in multiple disciplines. According to him, being an Entrepreneur gives you the opportunity to do things differently, and make a difference out of it whether it’s a simple thing or a big thing you have the chance to make it better, make a difference, and be successful in it.

Our Story :

As we alll know Pandemic was a hard time for everyone, especially several small businesses that were finding it hard to sustain themselves. But it also taught us many good things, such as the value of human contact and keeping in touch.

Shuffling between lockdowns and virtual classrooms and online shopping; it occurred to me how much work picking a gift online can be. You can never be really sure what the other person would like. And then you needed delivery addresses and order a gift for every single person individually entering their details etc.

Aspiring to become an entrepreneur, Tanish had always wanted to innovate something that made people’s lives easier. Being a trained coder, he knew he could make use of technology to develop an online platform where small businesses can showcase their products and label them by category. Since people want to spend money on gifts, they could help small businesses sustain themselves with that money well-spent.

This sparked the idea of Mogyft and he started this company. MorGyft is a simple platform to make gifting swifter and easier plus support and promote local businesses who are struggling.
