What is the process of gifting?

Simply put, you can browse the items, check the prices and send a gift of a certain amount. Enter the email address of the recipient and click send.

You will receive a confirmation that your email gift has been sent. You will also receive a notification when your recipient makes a purchase.

You will then be charged for that purchase within the limit of your gifting amount.

We will ask the recipient to enter their address and the gift will be shipped to them.

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Counting from the day that the recipient enters their shipping address, it will take 2 – 5 business days for us to deliver the gifts to their doorstep.

How do I sign up as a vendor?

To sign up as a vendor on our platform, you can directly go to the vendor application page and fill in your details. There will be a review process before you are finalized and welcome to join in.

How long will it take for my vendor application to be accepted?

Vendor applications are processed as they are received. Usually, it will take 24 – 48 hours to complete the review after which you will be able to join the platform and set up your shop.

What happens if the recipient email address I entered is wrong?

If you misspell your recipient's email address or the address is invalid, you will receive the confirmation and your gifting amount will be reversed.

What happens if the recipient’s gift costs less than the amount I have pledged?

You will only be charged for the amount of gift that your recipient has picked. The rest you can either choose to withdraw or keep in your account for future use.

Is there a minimum or maximum limit for the gifting amount?

Yes. The minimum amount you can gift is the price of our least valued product. For instance, if the cheapest item on our list at some point costs 15 USD, then the minimum amount you can gift is $15. This is exactly why you need to browse the products and the categories before you send a gift.
