MorGyft gives you a warm welcome to our family of small businesses who came on the platform. These terms of use apply when you are using our website www.morgyft.com and place orders through social media applications (such as our Facebook App) (collectively, our "Service"). The goal of our service is to allow access to our variety of options to choose from our categories of sweets, snacks, drinks, pet food/treats, flowers, organic health care and our services, as well as information and ideas that suit everyone in every way. To guarantee a safe, pleasant environment for everyone, we have fixed these Terms & Conditions. This ensures that we both know what we can expect from one another.

Disclaimer: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your place of residence to use, subscribe, or register as a member for the Service (or at least 21 years for requesting to place orders that contain alcohol ). A few of the products put up by the vendors on MorGyft of brands that contain wine (alcoholic beverage) products. You must be an adult (By the minimum 21 years of age) to place a request for a wine product order, which we will then forward to our designated licensed retailer or winery for acceptance, sale, and processing of your order. Same goes for the recipient of your wine product order who must be at least 21 years of age to accept delivery. The shipping carrier requires identification, age verification and signature of an adult at the time of delivery. By placing your request for a wine product order you confirm under the penalty of law that you and the intended recipient(s) are at least 21 years old. Any willful misrepresentation of your age or the recipient's age, in order to unlawfully obtain alcoholic beverage, is a crime and the Company will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you and the recipient to the fullest extent of the law.

MorGyft may provide gift donation options for recipients, and the value of all donations will be directed by MorGyft to charitable partners based on our pleasure. When a MorGyft eCard gift remains active and is not redeemed by the recipient within 30 days, all eCard gift recipients will be reminded about the gift offer by email, and this reminder will also include an invitation to donate the gift to one of the charities we support. Such charitable donation opportunities are subject to change without notice.

THESE TERMS OF USE ALSO APPLY TO ALL GOODS OF THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, VENDORS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE INTERNET, TELEPHONE, CATALOG, RADIO, TELEVISION, MOBILE DEVICE, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PARTICIPATING RETAIL STORES. BY ACCESSING ANY OF THE COMPANY MERCHANDISING CHANNELS, AND ANY AREAS OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND, AND TO ABIDE BY, THESE TERMS OF USE.
